PRIORITY DESIGNATION OF CASES

1. HOT-IN-HOUSE: Case is due in court the following day, or is overdue.

2. HOT Cases: Kentucky (ED and WD), Maine, New Hampshire, New York (ED and ND), North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Vermont, and Wisconsin

Also, HOT cases are those cases from the following EXPEDITE jurisdictions when 60 days have elapsed from the U.S. Attorney-served date as well as any other case which OGC, the U.S. Attorney or the OCA division has designated as "HOT".

3. EXPEDITE Cases: EXPEDITE cases are those cases from the following jurisdictions when 30 days have elapsed since the U.S. Attorney-served date.
